My digital gauge is flashing, won’t zero and may/may not be reading pressure. (OVER, UNDER, O/P, U/P)

The unit has most likely been exposed to over or under pressures. As they are not field resettable, they will need to be returned to Ashcroft for evaluation and possible recalibration.
