Resistance Temperature Detectors - RTDs

Explore AshcroftĀ® RTDs, resistance temperature detectors for your specific application.

AshcroftĀ® RTD sensor assemblies monitor temperature in industrial, process and hazardous installations. Available with Pt 100 and Pt 1000 RTDs, they are designed for use with either DIN 43772/T.2 or ISA-ds 49 style thermowells along with DIN and ASME type lag extensions. A wide selection of aluminum and 316 stainless steel connection heads make these RTDs configurable to the requirements of nearly any installation.

Types of RTDs

Ashcroft offers a broad range of resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) engineered to provide accurate, stable, and reliable temperature measurement across industrial, process, OEM, and hazardous applications. Available in direct mount, remote mount, and replaceable insert configurations, Ashcroft RTDs are designed for easy integration into thermowells and process temperature measurement systems.

Direct Mount RTDs – Built for direct installation into thermowells or process connections, providing accurate and reliable temperature measurement in industrial and OEM applications.

Remote Mount RTDs – Featuring a remote-mounted connection head to reduce the effects of vibration, high temperatures, and difficult installation conditions while maintaining measurement accuracy.

RTD Insert Assemblies – Used as replacement sensing elements for existing thermowells, simplifying maintenance while extending the service life of temperature measurement assemblies.

RTDs with NPT or Metric Connections – Available with a range of process connection standards, supporting seamless integration into North American and global industrial systems.

General Purpose RTDs – Ideal for delivering reliable temperature measurement across industrial processes, OEM equipment, and general manufacturing applications.

Hazardous Location RTDs– Explosion proof, intrinsically safe and non -incendive assemblies for hazardous areas.
